1. Isn't your machine too small?

While it's true that FreshCUP™ is compact, it will fit into almost every limited-space office kitchen, but don't let size deceive you, FreshCUP™ can wash and sanitize 200 cups an hour. This is more than most cafés use.

2. Why do we need your machine when we have a cleaning person?

Your cleaning person's time costs money. Also, can you be sure that they use different cleaning tools than when they cleaned other parts of the office like the washrooms. Did he/she use a sanitizer? Did they actually clean the cups at all? With FreshCUP™ you wash your cup yourself in 30 seconds, ensuring that you get a safe, clean cup every time. Both the C.E.O and secretary will be able to contribute to overall office efficiency and thereby enjoy greater self esteem rather than waste time washing cups with a germ-ridden sponge.

3. Is our sponge really a health hazard?

Yes, according to well documented research, most kitchen sponges transfer a great number of germs and bacteria from cup to cup. FreshCUP™ detergents eliminate all germs and bacteria colonies. This helps to avoid sickness and lost work hours.

4. Why shouldn't we continue using disposable cups?

Do you use them at home? Besides, they are costly, polluting, wasteful, take up space, harmful to the environment, and do not provide the feeling of quality you get from drinking from a ceramic cup washed in germ-free FreshCUP™.

5. Don't your detergents also pollute the environment?

No, FreshCUP™ detergents are 100% biodegradable which means that the two opposite pH detergents neutralize each other after utilizing their full strength undiluted chemical properties during the 30 second cleaning process.

6. Aren't your detergents costly?

No, FreshCUP™ detergent cartridges will (depending on model) wash between 400 to 700 cups. A controlled amount is sprayed onto the cups during every cycle unlike other cleansers which are cheaper but get used up faster. Also FreshCUP™ uses only 0.6 Lit. of water per cup compared with 2.5 Lit. during hand washing.

7. Isn't your machine a luxury?

True FreshCUP™ is a new machine in the office, but so were faxes, computers, cell-phones, etc. and they are not considered luxuries now. Also ensuring employee health and reducing absenteeism is surely no luxury.

8. How is FreshCUP™ installed?

We connect FreshCUP™ to any hot water pipe and, if needed, a special piggy-back detachable heater will heat the water to 80°C (176°F). Standard installation takes less than an hour and requires electricity & drainage just as any regular dishwasher.

9. Why do we need FreshCUP™ when we already have a dishwasher?

FreshCUP™ is to a dishwasher what a microwave is to an oven. FreshCUP™ will wash cups in 30 seconds while a dishwasher takes a long time to fill and then runs 45 min., while you need a clean cup NOW FreshCUP™ is the answer. A Dishwasher doesn't solve the problem, as a sink full of cups will testify.

10. FreshCUP™ looks like a toy. Can it do heavy duty washing?

Yes, hundreds of cafes, restaurants & cafeterias enjoy using FreshCUP™. It can be run continuously in high traffic areas conveniently drain into the sink, and prides itself on state-of-the-art quality.

11. How does FreshCUP save me time & money?
